Today we celebrated our three year aliyahversary.  It was an interesting week with the baby having unexplained fever and visits to two doctors. So we said thank you to Tylenol and went to the Big Fashion Mall in Beit Shemesh to enjoy McDonald's because what could be more American?!) and falafel.  Kids were happy. Ima and Abba were happy. Baby finally got out after 72 hours. And God willing onto year four.  Also an interesting note, this was our first time celebrating outside of the house because every other time was some wave of Covid. Hence, the very happy meals and smiles.
